Our Mission

Crystal Clean Care is a multifaceted cleaning service that values the time and needs of our clients. Our goals are to provide our clients with a reliable, professional, and trustworthy experience as well as help to balance the day to day demand of maintaining residentials, offices, worship centers, and small commercial facilities.

Crystal D. Dojoles

C.E.O.

Crystal is a native of Helena, Arkansas. Here, she graduated Central High School and afterwards moved for a brief period to Memphis, TN where she acquired customer service experience in the restaurant and hotel businesses.

In 2004 she relocated to the Little Rock area where she began a career in corporate America. Over a six year time span she acquired additional managerial and team building skills with Custom Direct and Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Crystal then ventured into entrepreneurship in 2010, obtaining experience within the coffee business.

Over the next five years she settled into her role as a wife to the co-owner of Crystal Clean Care, Mr. Lawrence Dojoles, and mother to their six beautiful children. In the winter of 2015 Crystal began to clean homes as a means to assist in bringing additional income into their home. After much prayer and counseling Crystal and Lawrence decided to venture into entrepreneurship once again and Crystal Clean Care became official January 1, 2016.

Lawrence Dojoles

Co-Owner and Manager

Lawrence Dojoles was born in Savannah, Georgia, and a native of Northfield, New Jersey. Lawrence graduated from Mainland Regional in 2002 and enlisted in the United States Air Force at the age of 17. After basic training, Lawrence traveled to Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas, where he obtained experience in aircraft maintenance.

Over the next five years, Lawrence was stationed at Royal Air Force Base Mildenhall in the United Kingdom and transferred to Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville, Arkansas. During these years he acquired managerial skills as a Senior Airman within the maintenance field, was promoted to Staff Sargent and attended Airmen Leadership School.

In 2009 Lawrence and Crystal were married and began a blended life of bliss with the first three of their children and eventually added three more to their modern day Brady Bunch.
